Software is priced per corporation. Advisory work is quoted per engagement, so you always see the fee before we start.

Every plan starts with a 30 day trial. A card is held at signup and the first charge runs on day 31 unless you cancel. Annual billing is charged at ten months.

Compliance retainer
Monthly bookkeeping review, payroll coordination and filing calendar management for a single entity or a whole group.
Quoted monthly, based on entity count and transaction volume.
Tax filing
Direct and indirect returns for the USA, Canada, India and the UAE, including state and provincial registrations.
Fixed fee per return, quoted before work begins.
Brand & structuring projects
Trademark registration, entity formation, transfer pricing documentation and valuation support.
Project fee agreed in the engagement letter.
What is not included
Government filing fees, registry charges and third-party disbursements are billed at cost. Taxes are added where the jurisdiction requires them.
